Cancellations & Changes
- An order may not be cancelled after the item(s) have been shipped.
- If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus actual freight for delivery and return (promotional discounts do not apply). It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us in writing within 24 hours of refusing a shipment explaining why shipment was refused.
- Any quantity changes to an existing order must be done within 24 hours after original date/time of order payment having been processed.
- A full 100% refund will be made if any product is not shipped and within 30 days of original order payment processed date. This is item specific and does not apply to partial delivery of multiple items or for custom orders.
- Custom Orders are non-cancelable after 48 hours.
Damaged Shipments & Returns
- If the product is damaged while being transported all claims must be made with the shipping company. We advise all customers to personally inspect all shipments prior to signing the delivery acceptance documents and require the delivery agent (driver) to make note on the document of any damages. No claim for repair or replacement will be accepted if not indicated on delivery document prior to acceptance by customer. It is at the customer’s discretion on whether the item(s) can be repaired or need to be replaced.
- If the shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus actual freight for delivery and return.
- Items opened or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.
- We will accept the return of any UNOPENED PRODUCT with a 30% RESTOCKING FEE within 30 days of the invoice date for credit towards your account.
- Returns must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Support department and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA number must be written on a copy of the receipt and said copy must be included in the return shipment. Customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee (deducted from refund after returned items are inspected) and return shipping – we do not reimburse for return shipping.
Custom Made Orders
Sens Furniture and select VIG Furniture items are custom made to order. If you are not sure if an item can be customized, please call us!
Custom orders require special attention and input as to color, type of wood, cloth or leather and other style aspects specific to the item.
Once you place your order, we will contact you and work closely with you during the process to make sure everything is made exactly as you want it. The average time from order to delivery can range from ten (10) to twenty (20) weeks depending on container shipping and holiday schedules. Fragile items are blanket wrapped and shipped via our “White Glove” service which is not included in any free shipping promotion we may be running at the same time. Additionally, all custom orders are final after 48 hours of ordering and must be paid in full. No returns will be accepted.

Information on our website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted and placed your order). Please note that such errors or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. In the event of a pricing error, we will provide you with the following options: (1) to proceed with the transaction based on the corrected information; or (2) to cancel your order/transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Upon inspection during delivery, if you are not happy with the product for any reason, you can send it back for a full refund less the actual round trip delivery charges and restocking fee.
All products have a one (1) year limited manufacturer warranty on fabrics, frames, leather, mechanisms, and springs. There is no warranty on wear and tear from use, inadvertent damage from misuse by people or pets, or fading.
